What this is

ToldYouAll records predictions. You write one, we timestamp it and lock it so it cannot be edited afterwards, and we email it back to you on the date you chose.

There is no money in it. Nothing is staked, nothing is won, there are no points, no prizes and no leaderboard. It is not gambling and it is not a market.

What you may not seal

Nothing about anyone’s health, death, pregnancy, relationships or sexuality. Nothing about crimes or arrests of private people. Nothing involving minors. Nothing targeting or harassing a private person. Nothing illegal.

Public predictions have one extra rule: they must be about public figures acting publicly, or about public events and numbers. A prediction naming a private person can still be sealed privately.

We may refuse, unpublish or delete anything at our discretion. Taking something off the public board usually means returning it to you as a private capsule rather than deleting it.

Your predictions

They are yours. You grant us permission to display and share public ones, including in automatically generated share images.

You can delete a private capsule at any time. A public one that people have voted on cannot be deleted by you, because it carries other people’s participation; report it and we will look.

Once sealed, a prediction cannot be edited by anyone, including us. That is the product.

Resolutions

Private capsules are graded by their owner. Nobody checks, and we make no claim that any grade is accurate.

Public ones are claimed by their owner with a link, and the people who doubted them are asked once whether they concede. The site reports what those people said. It never rules on whether something is true.

An operator verification tick, where present, means a human glanced at the proof. It is not a guarantee.

Accounts

You need an account to seal, vote or concede. Reading is never gated.

You are responsible for what you seal. Do not seal things about other people that you would not say to them.
